Bailey lives in Victoria and is owned by Meghan Davis and we thank her for giving Bailey such a great home and also for all the hard work she has put in show training Bailey.  At 3 years of age Bailey has matured into a very impressive girl which is illustrated in her excellent ring achievements at Specialty and All Breeds Shows.  With limited showing Bailey achieved her Champion title on 29th December 2007, with many of these Challenges awarded from Breed Specialists. Like her mother and father, Bailey has a beautiful free flowing active gait and  has her first best gaited win under her belt.  Bailey easily completed her ET on Saturday 24th May. She gaited effortlessly throughout the 20km run with her finishing heart rate of 64 beats/minute much lower than her starting heart rate, proving that correct conformation facilitates efficient and economical movement. Bailey will be staying with us at Kushika Kennels in the second half of 2008 as we are excitedly planning her first litter, details of which will be advised shortly.

Achievements

• Placed 3rd in Australian Bred Bitch Class at RRCV Champ Show 2007 under breed specialist Mr J Berg (Norway) 19 entries - 1 absent

• Placed 4th in Intermediate Bitch Class at 8th National Rhodesian Ridgeback Specialty (hosted by RRCQ) under Breed Specialist Anthony Lord Edwards (Ireland) 25 entries - 1 absent.

•  Best Gaited Bitch at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of South Australia Open Show 2007

• Best Puppy of Breed at the Melbourne Royal 2005

• Opposite Junior in Show at the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of Victoria Open Show 2005

• Muliple Class in Group Winner (Championship Level)
