We are pleased to announce that Ffion has been mated and puppies are expected mid September. We have chosen Hawk to be the handsome sire for this litter. Hawk is a sound male with lovely conformation showing a balance of male strength of bone and elegance of outline and has a lovely clean, free and active gait. Despite limited showing, Hawk has amassed many awards and prestigous placements in the All Breeds and Specialty arenas. Hawk is owned by Darren and Trish Stebbings of Bartess Kennels in Victoria. Hawk is a son of the hadsome Guna (Ch Riginal SV Gunavagoodtime AI) and a grandson of our speical girl Kierra (NBISS/RUBISS Ch Kushika Desert Orchid ET), Buzz (MBISS/MRUBISS Grand Dual Ch (T) Bartess Wild Triumph TSDX ET ROM), Patience (MBISS RUBISS Grand Ch Riginal Patience ET ROM) and Gatsby (MBIS MBISS Am Ch Spring Valley's Great Gatsby ROM (USA)) Ffion is from the combination of Kierra (NBISS/RUBISS Ch Kushika Desert Orchid ET) and Buka (Kipsigis Zibuka CD) and a granddaughter of Cracker (MBIS/MBISS Ch Chilolo Sx Ice on Fire). We are very excited to be breeding back to our lines with the resulting pedigree bringing together many of lovely dogs we have bred to over the years.
We are thrilled to announce the safe arrival of Ffion's beautiful babies arriving 4 days early Ffion delivered 15 puppies!!! (hence her looking so tired in the above photo) 8 boys - 5 beautiful correct ridges, one offset, 2 ridgeless (1 stillborn), 1 DS; 7 girls, 3 correct ridges, one offset, 3 ridgeless (stillborn). Very little white on all the puppies and no kink tails. Despite their early arrival the puppies are doing really well and Ffion is an excellent mum to her new family. They are a very even litter of lovely puppies so we are looking forward to following their progress.
